Stamba Hotel
Conceived to highlight the industrial splendor of the 20th-century publishing house in which it is situated, Stamba Hotel artfully captures this grandeur. Its Brutalist framework is adorned with nostalgic nods to the vibrant ‘20s and glamorous ‘30s, while contemporary touches infuse the hotel with a modern flair. Stamba Hotel's design ethos celebrates its historic location with an authenticity that resonates throughout its spaces, making a compelling statement from the moment guests step inside. The hotel takes great pride in its communal areas, which feature verdant, jungle-inspired greenery, warm natural wood elements, and rich red and pink color accents.

At Stamba Chocolaterie & Roastery, the exquisite artistry of chocolate making meets specialty coffee, bringing outstanding flavors with every bite and sip. Emphasizing transparency and craftsmanship, every product is made with ethically sourced cacao and coffee beans from Venezuela, Madagascar, Peru, and Colombia. With a bean-to-bar approach, great attention is paid to the entire production process, resulting in unique and flavorful handcrafted, artisanal chocolate bars, specifically created to enhance and harmonize with the distinctive profiles of the coffee offerings.
D Block @ Stamba
Housed in Stamba, D Block is a coworking space for like-minded individuals. It offers all the amenities and spaces members need for maximum productivity, featuring everything from productivity-driven desks to stylish meeting rooms. To enhance the work experience at D Block, Stamba provides a vast book library with over 20,000 books for browsing during breaks. SPACEFARMS
Georgia's pioneering urban vertical farming project, SpaceFarms stands as a central component within the Stamba ecosystem. It specializes in cultivating an array of crops, including baby greens, leafy greens, edible flowers, strawberries, and miniature vegetables. Spanning across a 200-square-meter area and featuring seven levels of racks, this facility sets itself apart by utilizing 75 percent less water than conventional farming methods. Additionally, it prioritizes energy conservation while delivering a consistent supply of fresh, organic produce.
Hotel Atelier & Shop
Located at Stamba, the in-house Atelier led by Tinatin Kvinikadze features a skilled team of seamstresses dedicated to creating premium garments, including signature uniforms, imaginative pieces, guestroom accessories, and distinctive interior design elements. From the Atelier's leftover materials, The Shop brings vibrant upcycling to life, showcasing clothes, accessories, toys, and more. Over half of The Shop's meticulously crafted products are made with zero waste, reflecting an innovative approach that supports its vision of becoming a fully sustainable, zero-waste space.
Warehouse
Warehouse at Stamba is a space for artisanal, minimal-intervention wines, curating a distinctive and remarkable collection. With a focus on organic, biodynamic, and natural wines, the shop houses over 400 carefully-selected labels that pay homage to the Earth's rhythms, and are 100% natural, unfiltered, and without any additives. These thoughtfully crafted wines are offered at very flexible, approachable price points.
